To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team!**Duties**:- You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions and need to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers.
- Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems via voice support
- Communicate effectively with our customers
- Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
- Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture**Requirements**:- Fluency in English and German, spoken and written
- Hospitality experience
- Experience with sales
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service
- Ability to manage multi-channel and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Personal integrity and conscientiousness
- Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
- Team player
- Versátil
- Continuous learner
- Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on)
- Have your laptop - 8 GB RAM or higher
