What You’ll Do?
You will be responsible for expanding product usage, supporting clinical stakeholders, and driving demand generation across your assigned territory. This includes promotion, account development, technical support, and collaboration with internal teams.
Clinical Promotion & Customer EngagementBuild long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clinical and administrative staff.
Conduct regular visits with specialists, nurses, and key influencers to promote the company’s portfolio (existing and new products).
Hold face‑to‑face meetings to address service topics, pricing discussions, and commercial needs.
Visit sterilization centers and other relevant hospital areas to support purchasing decisions.
Support product launches by providing field‑based education and training.
Identify new opportunities within clinical areas to expand portfolio penetration.
Convert competitive accounts by demonstrating value, clinical benefits, and product differentiation.
Identify new projects or potential accounts to grow the customer base.
Deliver and explain marketing materials, samples, and product brochures.
Provide feedback to Marketing on promotional effectiveness and improvement ideas.
