Your capacity to creatively strategize, motivate, and elicit achievement makes you the right fit for this vital **Sales Operations Analyst **role with **Syneos Health PR Group**.The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the US Public Relations organization. They will own pipeline management, gross awards tracking, and business development coordination across the business, supporting PR leadership, account teams and finance.**Responsibilities**
- Guide USPR account teams in the new client set up processPerform conflict checks and manage offline prospecting master
- Process new business investment requests
- Develop a communication cadence to gather and track pipeline updates from managing directors and account leads
- Send weekly pipeline reporting to PR and Finance leadership
- Engage Contract Manager when ready for NDA and MSA creation/negotiation
- Partner with other Salesforce coordinators when participating in cross enterprise opportunities
- Partner with Global Deal Management (GDM) team to kick off the review and signature process of client SOWs
- Partner with Project Setup and Project Financial Analyst (PFA) teams to ensure project codes are created in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with Finance team to ensure monthly forecast changes are reflected in Salesforce pipeline opportunities
- Show detail oriented nature through timely and consistent follow ups with the PR account teams, GDM and Finance to ensure new projects are being processed and set up quickly and correctly
- Create and update tracking and reporting tools
- Develop a system for gathering updates and performing follow ups to keep Salesforce information as up to date as possible
- Create business development reporting for executive leadership
- Work with the rest of the USPR Operations team
- Support the Contract Manager in the vendor set up process
- Become conversant in all Syneos operational processes and work to identify and resolve process gaps
- Possess excellent communication skills, collaborating with multiple cross functional teams to ensure execution of time sensitive deliverables
- Demonstrate understanding of the larger business context and develop strong relationships with stakeholders, building a foundation of trust**Job Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree
- 1-2 years professional experience preferred, ideally with a background in project management, finance or operations
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Consistent and detail oriented
