**What you'll do**:- Implement testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing) and follow quality assurance plans.
- Manage marketing automation campaigns and workflows.
- Maintain subscriber data and stay updated on industry practices.
- Organize digital modules and execute high-quality work for high-profile brands.
- Escalate issues, facilitate production calls, and suggest improvements.'**Who we're looking for**:- 5-8+ years experience in a client facing or client services type role.**Experience working with CRM's is desired (Salesforce, Oracle, etc).**
- Ability to excel and meet ambitious goals and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume, and ever-changing environment.
- Resourceful problem-solver who quickly gathers information and is comfortable with new or proprietary technologies and concepts.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a precise, process-oriented approach.
