**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze campaign and customer data to generate actionable insights and track against performance goals.
- Stay updated on best practices in deliverability, compliance, and mobile optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all communications.**Software/Platforms/Tools**:- Klaviyo
- Canva & Figma (required)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator nice to have)
- Google Workspace**Qualifications**:- Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with structured A/B testing and iterative optimization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English).
- Ability to work during at least 24 hours overlapping with Toronto / Eastern Time business hours (preferred).**Shift Schedule**:- Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm ET (Toronto time)
