Contract Webflow Designer / Developer Contractor - LatAmAbout the RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Contract Webflow Designer / Developer Contractor based in Latin America to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our digital projects, you will be responsible for creating stunning, responsive, and user-friendly websites using Webflow while adhering to best practices in web design and development.This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills and technical proficiency, with a strong emphasis on the Webflow platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality websites that not only look great but also perform exceptionally well.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective web solutions
  • Implement and maintain the Client-First Design System across all projects
  • Create and optimize website layouts, user interfaces, and user experiences
  • Develop custom interactions and animations to enhance user engagement
  • Ensure website accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed
  • Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and Webflow features
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
Required Skills and Experience
  • 3-10 years of professional experience in web design and development
  • Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, including advanced features and CMS
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with the Client-First Design System
  • Proficient in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to jump into multiple projects and add updates, maintenance tasks
  • Available during PST office hours (# of hours TBD)
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Webflow Expert certification
  • Knowledge of Lumos Framework [Bonus Points]
  • Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with international clients and teams
  • Portfolio showcasing successful Webflow projects
