Responsible of the digital media of LATAM. Collaborate defining the digital media strategy, plans and activates the buys for all the categories in 11 countries. It includes Marketing Transformation, Personalization, Audiences, Measurement and Analytics, Programmatic, and SEO. Recommends vendors and processes. Responsible of budget & forecasting of digital media.In this role, you will:- Digital Marketing Transformation: Focus on make the marketing transformation alive. In hand with the rest of the team, work to establish the best personalization strategies and execute plans. Manage and lead relationship with Social Media partners
- Measurement & Analytics: The Digital Media Planner will be in charge of a deep understanding of the performance for the initiatives. Focus on detect opportunities and make recommendations. Look for optimization opportunities and make recommendations.
- Digital Capabilities: Manage with excellent Programmatic digital tools. Understand the audiences concept, and how to bring to life. Have experience in cookies, cloud and contextual marketing. Search/SEOWhat we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:- At least 5 years in digital media
- Experience in planning and buying digital media in agencies or trading desks (mandatory).
- Experience in:- DSP and DMP. Experience in programmatic buying.
- Optimization programs
- Buying Social and Traditional Media
- Paid Search
- Definition of KPIs for each type of campaign and platform
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting of results
- Desirable to include experience also in:- Digital vendors (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and / or CPGs with recognizable expertise in digital media. JBPs
