- Project Scheduling:- Coordinate complex project-related meetings that include clients and internal team members across multipletime zones
- Calendaring and Scheduling:- Manage executive calendars (expected Partner, Principal, Engagement Managers)
- Prioritize conflicting requests and reconcile calendars, as needed
- Inbox Management:- Filter and prioritize messages
- Expense Reporting:- Track and reconcile business expenses.
- Prepare expense reports and submit them for approval.
- Collaborate with Managing Partner/Founder’s EA, as needed**Qualifications**:- Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and maintaining effective communication with the team.Desired Behaviors
