**Salesforce Developer with Very Good English - Argentina**:
**Location**: Must be based in Argentina (non-negotiable requirement).
**Profile**: Strong technical background is essential.
**Client**: Google - the selection process is demanding.1. A technical interview2. A cultural fit interview with Globant3. A take-home challenge simulating what the client will require4. If successful, a meet-and-greet with the client, followed by a technical exercise**What we need**:- At least **5 years of experience in consulting and implementation projects** (CRM, ERP, or BPM), with **2 years focused on Apex architecture and cloud models**
- Estimate the technical effort required for tasks
- Develop and execute unit tests for assigned deliverables
- Conduct training on product functionality and manage the deployment of developed solutions**Skills Required**:- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate or higher)
- 5 years of experience with Apex and Salesforce customization
- Experience with both Classic and Lightning Web versions
- Object-oriented programming, Java, HTML, and SQL
- Web Services integration
- Process automation
- Code optimization
