We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and scale our regional travel operations across LATAM.In this role, youll lead multi-country teams, optimize processes, and ensure a world-class customer experience across flights, hotels, car rentals, train tickets, and more. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Finance, Supplier Relations) to shape and grow a fast-scaling travel business powered by cutting-edge technology.Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Regional Operations LeadershipOversee end-to-end travel operations across LATAM.Ensure seamless execution of bookings and ticketing (flights, hotels, cars, trains, activities).Maintain SLAs and consistent service excellence across all segments.2. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead and mentor high-performing multi-location teams.Ensure team leaders manage KPIs and SOP adherence.Recruit, train, and develop operations specialists and agents.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.3. Customer Experience & Service ExcellenceImplement best practices to improve NPS, FCR, and client retention.Manage service channels: voice, chat, email, self-service.Develop escalation/resolution strategies and improve client journey.Ensure culturally sensitive, effective communication with clients across regions.4. Supplier & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, rail operators, and activity providers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals.5. Technology & AutomationPartner with Tech to leverage AI, chatbots, and automation.Identify and implement operational efficiencies.6.
