With over 1500+ clients globally, we offer IR Solutions that support listed companies in improving their IR Communication.\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a Client Support Analyst (Help Desk) with a strong technical mindset and experience troubleshooting web-based applications. You’ll bridge clients and technical teams, handling both functional and technical support for our digital IR tools.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n
- Act as the first point of contact via Freshdesk (or similar).
\n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IR web tools (HTML, CSS, XML, display/layout, browser).
\n
- Perform basic debugging and front-end checks (broken layouts, console errors, cross-browser issues).
\n
- Reproduce issues in a test environment and document root cause.
\n
- Coordinate with Development, DevOps, and Data teams on escalations.
\n
- Maintain clear, proactive client communication and ensure SLA compliance.
\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n
- Strong working knowledge of\nHTML and CSS\n.
\n
- Working familiarity with\nJavaScript, C#, and .NET\n(reading logs, identifying front-end issues).
\n
- Experience supporting\nweb-based applications\n(SaaS preferred).
\n
- Hands-on experience with\nticketing tools\n(Freshdesk, Jira, Zendesk).
\n
- Comfortable using\nbrowser developer tools\n(Network, Console, Elements).
\n
- Understanding of\nweb workflows\n(publishing, caching/CDN, DNS basics).
\n
- Experience:\nAround\n2 years\nin Technical Support, Front-End Support, or Production Support.
\n\nLanguage Requirement (must-have)\n\n
- English: Advanced (bilingual level)\n— daily communication with global clients.
\n
- Spanish: Native or advanced.
\n\nNice to Have\n\n
- Exposure to\nFTP, Visual Studio, Git\nor CMSs.
\n
- Prior experience in\nSaaS or digital product support\n.
