- Provides support in a variety of support in human resource functions to include administration of leave management, compensation and benefit programs, employee relations, compliance, training and development, employee data and profile maintenance, etc.
- Assists with onboarding and exit interviews, prepping materials for new hires and exits
- Process all new hire information and employee status related changes in HRIS systems and other internal databases to maintain accuracy and integrity
- Develops and disseminates HR reports to management
- Research and responds to all employee inquiries regarding all Regional HR-related questions in a timely manner
- Contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team through different recruitment actions such as:- Managing job posting on internal and external channels.
- Scheduling & coordinating interviews for hiring managers.**Requirements**:- HR, Business Administration, Psychology or HR related career advanced students.
- Excellent communication skills; English absolutely required.
- Knowledge of HR and/or Recruitment flows and practices is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Initiative and ability to work in a global environment.
- Ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills.**Benefits**
