Our translation solutions allow a diverse array of clients to deliver local language products, services, applications, training, and content in a culturally appropriate mannerWhat You Will Be DoingServes as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise level clients of our GlobalLink suite of productsCoordinates installations, configurations and upgrades of new and existing technology productsGathers client requirements in order to craft and document technology solutionsExecutes technology solution all the way through development, testing, QA and launchAssists clients to "language enable" their content management systemsServes as point of escalation for any client support issuesCoordinates tasks between client and language services teamsAssists Product Management by communicating client requirements that need to become new features and bugs that need to be addressedEnsure client launch deadlines are met, and that proper risk analysis is performedManage multiple clients at different stages of the implementation cycle in parallelWho We Are Looking forThe TransPerfect Technology division is looking for motivated ambitious technical talent for its Professional Services group.
As part of one of TransPerfect's fastest growing divisions, this position will give any successful applicant an incredible opportunity for career advancement as well as many exciting possible career paths.Solution Engineers lead implementations of the GlobalLink Suite and the integrations with its ecosystem, including Machine Translation, CMS, eCommerce and Marketing platforms to name a few.
Our team works with both internal and external clients that vary between system integrators, enterprise solution teams, business users, and linguists.Due to the wide and varied nature of client architectures, Solution Engineers gain expertise in a wide variety of applications such as Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Drupal, and Episerver, often working in tandem with consulting engineers from these companies.
