Could you imagine yourself in a place like this?**Responsibilities **/ Duties**:- Utilizes business acumen and analytics to drive value from the market and influence stakeholders.
- Responsible for the negotiation, execution and implementation of commercial agreements and related work processes in accordance with the strategies within the commercial area and/or geography.
- Negotiate and Implement commercial agreements for Labor and Services following the Dow Strategic Sourcing Process (SSP).
- Strategic/tactical relationship with suppliers, managing processes such as: prequalification, SSP, Supplier Relationship Management (EH&S;, Sustainability, Quality, Productivity, Financial Health, Inclusion and Diversity, Supplier performance.
- Actively participation on the Supplier Management Action Teams (SMAT) - Partner engagement
- Risk management to mitigate potential negative impacts on the operations and projects (Supply and Demand, Suppliers, financial risks, inflation, devaluation, mergers and Acquisitions, etc.)
- Proactively interaction with Partners for solutions related to Source to Pay process.**Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree.
- Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities.
- Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
- Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline.
- Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations.
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- English advanced
