At TechBiz Integral, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join one of our clients' teams.We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in mobile app design (iOS/Android) and responsive web platforms. The ideal candidate will combine user research, wireframing, and visual design skills to deliver a seamless and premium user experience for clients in Brazil and globally.Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for client’s mobile apps and web trading platform.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and optimize flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Ensure responsive design principles for web and mobile compatibility.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency across platforms.
- Apply UX best practices to optimize onboarding, dashboards, trading workflows, and user engagement.
- Stay up to date with fintech and trading app design trends, ensuring client’s interfaces remain modern and competitive.- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of mobile apps and web platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with fintech, trading, or data-heavy platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems.
- Good understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, React basics) for smooth handoff to developers.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).
