UAT Analyst**What you will be doing**:- Assist the UAT Manager in facilitating the UAT of new systems and system enhancements
- Analyze solutions documents, user stories and business requirements where necessary
- Create test scenarios and test cases -positive as well as negative - to support the different scenarios
- Execute testing and maintain easily accessible and understandable test results
- Provide concise and accurate documentation of software defects
- Provide regular updates on test execution progress to the UAT Manager
- Participate in UAT and defect tracking meetings
- Discuss defect priority in relevant defect calls and coordinate with BA, Development, and Project Manager to ensure appropriate resolution when required
- Be proactive and manage all deliverables within an agreed timeframe
- Be the advocate for the end users of the system

- Solid knowledge of the financial services industry and the products and services related to consumer credit
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Problem Solving Skills - ability to think ‘Out of the Box’ and independently work around issues that arise
- Proactive approach and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient with the use of JIRA, MS Office, Postman (asset)
- Can support a flexible work schedule when required
