Job Overview:Define and evolve the product vision for technology powered clinical trial lifecycle and operations platforms.Developing business cases for new product initiatives and defining success metrics for adoption, revenue, and retention.Partnering with Technical Product Owners (TPO) and cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into clearly scoped epics and requirements.Responsible for building a roadmap that delivers incremental value and leads to the achievement of well-defined business objectives.Develops strong relationships earning the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers.Contributes to product strategy and evaluates trade-offs based on a firm grasp of business and market pressures.Understands market, industry and customer requirements and translates those requirements into features, functions and use cases.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced life sciences environment.Bachelor's degreeDeep understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and operations (e.g., clinical operations, site activation, feasibility, site monitoring).
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders.Experience defining process flows and user stories, business and technical requirements, and performing quality assurance activities.Experience working in regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences is preferred.Familiarity with privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) and data governance best practices is a plus.Demonstrated project and program management experience, including working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools is a plus.Strong English written and verbal communication skills*CV/Resumé must be submit in English*#home-basedIQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
