- Assist in local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability for LATAM and Canada markets.
- Manage external stock and confirm timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to obtain product release.
- Support QA during local agency inspections and audits.
- Participate in GDP investigations and non-conformance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to country-specific GDP requirements and quality systems, including deviation management, change control, complaints, recall processes, etc.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and distributors, including contracts;
- Review performance of service providers and implement improvement actions.
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments to meet delivery timelines.
- Provide local resource in the management of Order processing, invoicing process, inventory management & shipping.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance and KPIs.
Buenos AiresEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in pharmaceutical supply chain, preferably with biotech/ rare disease medicines and with multi-national companies.
- Fluent in English and Spanish(Portuguese is a plus). (English fluency in verbal communication is essential due to the extensive use of teleconference with different countries in the business activities).
- Knowledge of GDP and GxP requirements.
- Familiarity with quality systems (deviation, change control, recalls).
- Experience managing and interfacing effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Organized, disciplined, flexible/ adaptable and able to self motivate
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) and MS Office Suite.
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask in an environment with changing priorities.

- Experience in multi-country supply chain operations and reporting to remote locations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
