- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI applications
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and other foundational AWS AI services
- Strong knowledge of Python for AI solution development and data processing
- Expertise in prompt engineering and template development for LLM interactions
- Experience in evaluating model performance, including benchmarking and fine-tuning strategies
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and model safety evaluation
- Experience working with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar Gen AI frameworks
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Knowledge of data pipelines and integration in large-scale enterprise settings
- Understanding of MLOps best practices and tools
- Develop, test, and deploy Gen AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and Python
- Design and evaluate prompts and templates to optimize LLM outputs
- Conduct model performance analysis and recommend improvements
- Participate in estimation, planning, and collaborative development sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including architects, QA, and solution managers
- Ensure alignment with project goals, security standards, and best practices
