- Hands-On Technical Guidance: Provide direct support and expertise in product development and maintenance using Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL Server, NoSQL, Event Grid, Redis, Azure Functions, Microservice architecture), ready to assist the team practically as needed.
- Code Quality Assurance: Diligently monitor and review code to ensure efficiency and maintainability, fostering software excellence throughout the development process.
- Architectural Decision-Making: Provide critical technical direction and make pivotal architectural decisions aligning with the company's goals and best practices.
- Performance Management: Oversee team and individual performance through reviews, development goal setting, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and other departments.
- Leave Management: Handle leave requests and scheduling to ensure team well-being and consistent productivity.
- Position Management: Oversee team dynamics, including promotions, team capacity monitoring, and oversight of open roles. Collaborate with HR for timely and effective recruitment, ensuring that all necessary roles are filled to maintain optimal team performance.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve processes and adapt to changes within the organization and industry.**Experience and Qualifications**:- Academic training in systems engineering, computer science or similar.
- Advanced English.
