You will be responsible for solution architecture, S/4HANA Finance operations, group reporting strategy, and AMS governance — serving as the key finance technology partner for the business.\nWHAT YOU'LL DOAs the RTR Senior lead, you will design and govern the end-to-end finance solution on SAP S/4HANA, lead group reporting and consolidation activities, and own the AMS delivery governance for the RTR stream. You will work closely with CFO-level stakeholders, external auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and compliance.\n- Lead RTR solution design leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA) architecture.
- Own group reporting and financial consolidation: configure SAP Group Reporting or BPC; manage interunit eliminations and IFRS/GAAP alignment.
- Design and deploy CO-PA (account-based and costing-based); lead margin analysis configuration and reporting (KE30, KEPM).
- Drive S/4HANA Finance migration: New GL migration strategy, simplification items, and finance master data alignment.
- Own AMS RTR governance: define run-books, SLA reporting, audit coordination, and escalation matrix.
