- What's the interview process like? First, you'll interact with our recruiters as an initial screening. Second, you'll meet with our VP of Engineering, Sean O'Keefe, our Technical Product Manager, John Elam, or our Platform Lead, Max Castrucci. Third, you'll meet with our Cofounder & CTO, Mike Nemke. On these calls, we're looking to understand your interests, experience, and if you're a culture fit. We will then do a short technical interview all on a Zoom call. Lastly, you'll have a Cofounders interview, where you'll meet the cofounders that have built and run the company. After that we'll send an offer! If we don't give an offer, we'll be sure to provide feedback.
- At Function, we celebrate diversity and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender identity, ancestry, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, marital status, Veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria._
