A leading industrial company is seeking a highperforming professional to join our operations in Bangkok as a Production Planner.What You Will DoProduction Scheduling Direct responsibility for scheduling production within the manufacturing facility.Strategic Roadmap Contribute to the creation of the strategic planning roadmap and ensure its flawless execution.Process Optimization Optimize planning workflows to support delivery targets, production efficiency, and inventory goals.Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with diverse internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and implement continuous improvements.Leadership Execution Provide direction, delegate tasks effectively, and remove bottlenecks to reach departmental goals.Operational Continuity Ensure adequate department coverage and backup protocols are in place.CrossPlant Support Provide expertise and support to other facilities and or planning teams as required.Collaborative Culture Foster a proactive and collaborative work environment.Key RequirementsExperience 5 years of proven experience in Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing environments.Systems Proficiency Mastery of ERP systems, Advanced Planning Systems APS, analytical tools, or equivalents.Core Skills Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills to drive decisionmaking and build consensus among stakeholders.Adaptability Proven experience managing ambiguous and complex operational situations.Conflict Resolution Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and with high discretion.What We Offer
