This individual will serve as the final creative authority on Seasonal avatars and campaign visual direction, partnering closely with an existing Creative Lead who maintains historical account context and client continuity.
The role reports into the Account Creative Director and oversees a cross-functional AI creative team responsible for avatar development, visual research, and generative production.

Brand Translation & Creative AlignmentLead creative alignment sessions and define guardrails for tone, styling, realism, and visual consistency
Translate client brand direction into a clear, executable art direction system
Ensure strong alignment between brand standards and Seasonal outputs
Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal AI/creative execution
Maintain cohesion across avatar development, environments, styling, and final assetsExperience with fashion, performance-wear, or ecommerce brands is strongly preferred.Own the Seasonal avatar vision end-to-end
Define persona frameworks and character systems
Ensure identity integrity across angles, lighting, styling, and expressions
Establish guardrails for realism, diversity, athletic positioning, and brand tone
