- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records for accounts, contacts, leads, campaigns, and opportunities, ensuring all required fields are complete and accurate, and merge duplicates according to data governance guidelines.
- Conduct routine audits to monitor data quality, identify and escalate issues, and track recurring data concerns in Salesforce.
- Perform data cleansing by cleaning, standardizing, enriching, and validating CRM data in Salesforce using appropriate tools.
- Support the Marketing Automation team by assisting with data-related inquiries, ensuring CRM data is accurate and ready for use in outreach and campaigns, and maintaining data consistency through management of picklists and validation rules.
