Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale data migration program within a capital markets environment.
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream transformation initiative, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
You will oversee planning, execution, and governance, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within scope, and with the required quality standards.
The position requires strong experience managing complex programs, stakeholder alignment, and risk management in data-intensive and regulated environments.
ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of a multi-stream data migration programDefine and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and dependency managementDrive communication and alignment across business, technology, and external stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plansEnsure governance structures, reporting, and tracking mechanisms are in placeMonitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standardsFacilitate decision making and escalate issues when neededSupport prioritization based on business impact and technical dependenciesEnsure proper documentation of project artifacts, decisions, and processesPromote collaboration and accountability across teams
RequirementsProven experience managing large-scale, complex projects or programsStrong experience working with cross-functional teams (business and technology)Experience managing multiple dependencies across workstreamsStrong planning, risk management, and delivery tracking skillsExperience working in Agile methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
