We are looking for passionate **Agile Leader** to join our team!**The Work You’ll Do**The **Agile Leader** has the goal of helping the team find a way to achieve its objectives, facilitating continuous improvement sprint by sprint, and at the same time fostering a positive work environment.The person in this role will assist the Product Owner suggesting possible courses of action to produce better results, based on the client’s needs.This role will have to observe what is happening on other teams to anticipate and act on potential disruptions and will collaborate on internal and external communication.The Agile Leader has to constantly protect the agile practices within the team, and raise flags when the team starts to diverge from the good practices.**Responsibilities*****Facilitate the removal of impediments.Provide visibility of the process and results of each sprint.Track the progress and help the team achieve the committed goals.Coordinate all meetings: Direct and guide the team members to keep the meetings productive (daily standup, sprint planning, etc.)Report all information on the progress of the sprint (including ScoreCards).Help the team and the PO to communicate efficiently.Keep the team focused on the sprint. Protect from external interruptions.Maintain good communication with other SM to minimize impact across teams and products.**Qualifications**:
