🔄 Cubrir 4 turnos rotativos con gestión de contratistas
🚨 Guardias eléctricas pasivas y presenciales según necesidad
🗓️ Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo junto al planner
🎯 Cumplir con KPIs del área y objetivos de capex
🏭 Planificar y ejecutar el mantenimiento anual de equipos
📦 Gestionar pedidos de materiales y servicios con almacén
🤝 Participar en reuniones diarias de seguimiento (CPM)

What you'll bringRequisitos del perfil:

Graduado/a en Ingeniería o Técnico Electricista, Electromecánico o Electrónico
Experiencia comprobable en mantenimiento industrial
Orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas
Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
Conocimiento de inglés (nivel intermedio)
