- Serve as the end-to-end owner of the DDP program, leading a small general team responsible for continuous monitoring, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation across all Digital Distribution Partners.

- Design and maintain reports and dashboards compiling data across multiple platforms/sources to both track and communicate key performance indicators.
\n
- Monitor daily and intra-day sales volumes across all DDP partners, proactively identifying unusual trends, anomalies, or activity that may indicate fraud or financial risk.
\n
- Create, manage, and dynamically adjust velocity limits for all DDP partners within the Risk Management System (RMS), responding to threshold alerts within established SLA timeframes.
\n
- Respond to and take action on velocity limit alerts; coordinate with the Risk team to add alert and block rules as required to mitigate exposure.
\n
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with Account Managers and business stakeholders regarding DDP account activity, credit standing, and any identified risks or anomalies.
\n
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable (A/R) to efficiently identify and resolve outstanding amounts associated with DDP partners, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
\n
- Partner with Risk, Legal/Compliance, and Account Management to conduct periodic audits of DDP contracts for financial security language, and ensure all partners are in compliance with agreed terms.
\n
- Coordinate with Marketing to understand promotions and their potential impact on DDP sales velocity, adjusting monitoring thresholds and velocity limits proactively as needed.
\n
- Perform analysis of Financial Statements or other data for existing customers and potential customers with the ability to make credit recommendations based on those findings.
\n
- Interpret trade data from several trade reports (D&B;, CRM, Experian) and be able to make credit recommendations based on data.
\n
- Ensure all new DDP partners are onboarded into monitoring systems (RMS/CMS) with appropriate velocity limits established prior to activation, and conduct timely credit reviews of new and existing DDP partners on an established periodic schedule.
\n
- Regular interaction with and communication of credit decisions in both written and verbal form with management and sales.
\n
- Fosters and maintain key relationships throughout the organization in order to facilitate teamwork across departments.
\n\nQualifications\n\n
- BA in finance, accounting, or related field + 5+ years’ experience or equivalent relevant experience.
\n
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in management, credit, accounting, financial analysis, accounts receivable or related fields
\n
- Experience performing high level data analyst; general understanding of databases.
\n
- Experience with compiling and analyzing data across multiple sources
\n
- Experience with financial statements and financial ratio analysis
\n
- Quick-learner and self-starter with attention to details and accuracy
\n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
