Effectively oversee and execute local Sustainable development for generations strategy (SD4G) in coordination with key stakeholders. Drive development, monitoring, evaluation and optimization of Boehringer Ingelheim 's SD4G (Sustainable development for generations) framework across all businesses and functions in Latam. This role will offer advice and support in defining strategic, change management and operational direction to achieve local and global priorities to embrace SD4G in local business, teams and people.Focusing on 6 key areas:- Inspire:inspire sustainable behaviours and mindsets.
- Orchestrate: prioritize & accelerate local SD4G programming to differentiate Boehringer Ingelheim.
- Promote: amplify awareness of SD4G efforts & impact.
- Measure: hold teams accountable to set & achieve targets.
- Reflect: analyse outcomes & activities to identify best practices an learn. Celebrate: use measurable outcomes to tell the SD4G story & celebrate successes.***Tasks and responsibilities**:- Ensure effective prioritization and execution of local SD4G activities in line with global SD4G strategy and in coordination with key stakeholders including CMD, business unit senior management, local pillar and initiative leads.
- Providing input on regional stakeholder needs and the business footprint of the (R)OPU which will influence local SD4G strategy.
- Define overarching (R)OPU SD4G priorities, create roadmaps for execution and ensure these activities areembedded in the business planning process.
- Ensuring data for KPI reporting is validated and submitted in line with the defined global SD4G internal reporting process.
- Responsible for consolidating, auditing and submitting data necessary for CSRD and EU Taxonomy report. Develop strategies to increase SD4G awareness, employee engagement and instill sustainability mindset.**Requirements**:- Degree in Business Administration or related.
- Masters degree with focus on Business Administration and/or Diploma degree in Sustainable development.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience leading projects related with Sustainability Development, Social Corporate Responsibility, Market Access (preferably in pharmaceutical industry).
- Proven influencing skills toward Senior Management and stakeholders.
- Project management experience on global projects and strong communication skills.
- Proven track record in strategic and systematic thinking.
- Experience in data analysis, validation, auditing and reporting.
- Fluency in English (speaking & writing) and local language where applicable.
- Level of English: Advanced
- Prefered experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. (Desirable)
- Project management experience on global projects and strong communication skill. (Desirable)
- Ability to develop external stakeholder relationships. (Desirable)
- Change management experience to drive sustainability mindset change across organization. (Desirable)
- In-depth knowledge of the facets of sustainable development. (Desirable)
- Able to define lagging / leading indicators to seek out new ways to measure social impacts. (Desirable)
