- *Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation program**\n, designing and implementing integrations between EPM platforms, ERP systems, and financial data environments.\nIn this role, you will design, build, and maintain integrations across EPM platforms and ERP systems, ensuring reliable and efficient data flows that support financial planning, consolidation, tax, and reporting processes.\nThe consultant will work closely with functional consultants, finance stakeholders, and\n- *international technology vendors**\n, making\n
- *strong English communication skills essential**\nfor this position.\nPriority will be given to candidates\n- *based in Central America**\n, particularly\n
- *El Salvador**\n, due to collaboration with regional teams and suppliers.\nKey Responsibilities\n
- Design, develop, and maintain
- *data integrations between EPM platforms and ERP systems
- Build and support
- *ETL processes, mappings, and data automation workflows
- Ensure
- *data quality, reconciliation, and auditability**\nacross financial data flows\n
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
- Collaborate with functional consultants to align integrations with
- *financial and business requirements
- Support implementation and stabilization of
- *EPM transformation initiatives
- Document integration architecture, technical specifications, and processes
- Coordinate with
- *international vendors and technology partners**\nRequired Skills & Experience\n
- Experience designing and implementing
- *data integrations between ERP and financial systems
- Hands-on experience with
- *ETL tools\nsuch as:\n
- Informatica
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- FDMEE
- SQL-based integrations
- APIs
- Strong knowledge of
- *relational databases and SQL scripting
- Experience working with
- *financial systems or EPM platforms
- Ability to collaborate with both
- *technical and functional teams**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional English proficiency is required, as the role involves collaboration with international vendors and general project teams.\nPreferred Experience\n
