- Own end-to-end hiring across design, marketing, operations, and technical roles
- Lead intake calls, define role criteria, and set clear search strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Manage offers and ensure smooth handoffs into onboarding
- Build sourcing strategies specific to LATAM and global markets
- Maintain strong understanding of compensation, talent pools, and cultural nuances
- Build relationships with candidates and nurture long-term pipelines
- Keep ATS pipelines clean, updated, and well-documented
- Improve hiring workflows to reduce time-to-fill and maintain excellent candidate experience
- Drive clarity and consistency across all recruiting stages
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Build role briefs and interview plans that set searches up for success
- Report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and search performance
- Use AI sourcing tools and automation to scale outreach and shortlist quality
- Experiment with new tools and tactics to increase recruiter efficiency
- Bring a systems mindset to repetitive tasks and workflow improvement
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments
- Strong track record sourcing and hiring talent across LATAM and global regions
- Confident relationship builder with strong closing and offer negotiation skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Workable, Lever, or similar
- Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or technical roles is a plus
- Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership
- A short 1-2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing your experience recruiting in LATAM markets
- Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
- Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable)
- Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team
