- Establishes relationships with business leadership/management to define strategic challenges going forward
- Colaborate with the SoCo IT Leader to reach the business transformation plan and value/benefit realization activities for the function or OU.
- Communicates solution recommendations to business partners that support business requirements
- Captures and escalate critical capability gaps of area(s) of ownership and works with appropriate teams to design solutions to fill those gaps
- Provide business process improvement consulting expertise indicating how IT capabilities can support business needs
- Communicate how IT capabilities can support business needs
- Conceive value solutions, stimulates, surfaces and shapes business demand
- Manage relationship between IT and business functions ensuring a single point of contact from IT
- Orchestrates capabilities development to drive value for the organization
- Strategic partner with the project/program/portfolio management organization (PMO) to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio.
- Manage the IT ecosystems and projects for Commercial and Enabling Functions; such as Sales, Trade, HR, Legal, corporate affaris, finance, among others.
- Analyzes with architects new technology trends and forecast future IT infrastructure requirementsQualifications:- Education: IT, Business Administration, others.
