- Coordinate the operations of internal live events digital communication tools based on requests from internal requestors.
- Interact with service and function leadership teams.
- Act as an account manager for LT and senior stakeholders. Understand and coordinate the execution of their requests.
- Act as an account manager for ad hoc and custom processes.
- Help and train team to translate communication needs into proposals that align to company policies, guidelines, and technical restrictions of the tools.
- Ensure service processes and operations are in alignment with company policies, guidelines, and technical restrictions of the tools.
- Anticipate and address potential misalignment between client expectations and ability to deliver, be the first point of contact for service escalations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with local POCs, channel experts and service operations lead.
- Identify and promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration opportunities across team.
- Communicate effectively for developing team members through sharing on-going and timely feedback in a constructive manner.
- Propose practical, differentiated solutions that are relevant to the client situation.
- Understand usability principles and familiarity with agile methods and program management.
- Teach others how to approach a task and add value.
- Understand and maintain service metrics and reporting.
- Contribute to team engagement.
- Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Business communication [verbal and written both].
- Stakeholder Management skills.
- Ability to organize work and have self-management skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate others.
- Analytical skills and critical and on-ground thinking.
- Comfort and naturalness to work with internal clients from different countries and cultures.
- Proactive in the search and development of improvements.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Competent in office package: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Understanding web traffic metrics and data analysis skills will be valued.
- WordPress experience and/or HTML / CSS will be valued.
- Experience using SharePoint or other workflow management tools will be valued.
