Job Description: Job Overview Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales development best practices, processes, and tools.
Job Requirements Monitor and manage all sales opportunities within the assigned territory using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates.
Support and train the sales team to drive opportunities toward successful closure.
Communicate market trends and technological shifts to Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with TE Energy's product roadmap and business strategy.
Introduce new products to the market and ensure proper positioning and adoption.
Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to senior management on market conditions and account performance.
Travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay (up to 50%) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and support sales initiatives.
