- Manage the full candidate journey from outreach through offer
- Run outbound outreach and headhunting campaigns using LinkedIn and other tools
- Coordinate with internal team to support delivery across multiple client accounts
- Maintain accurate records and communication within the internal CRM
- Identify potential business opportunities and flag warm leads to the Account Managers
- Deliver high-quality results quickly in a fast-paced recruiting environmentQualifications- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or delivery
- Proven ability to headhunt and source strong candidates at speed
- Experience working with US-based companies or clients
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with recruiting for startups or technical roles
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
- Able to work full-time hours in a fast-moving environmentNice to Have- Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or developer-focused recruiting
- Experience using CRMs and tracking candidate pipelines
