Were looking for a Master Trainer to join our dynamic team and lead impactful training programs across the country.
As a Master Trainer, youll be at the heart of our learning and development effortsdesigning, delivering, and leading engaging training experiences that empower teams and drive results.
What Youll Do
Design and implement effective training programs.
Translate and adapt training materials from English to Spanish.
Lead both inperson and virtual training sessions across various regions.
Coordinate the weekly training agenda.
Track and report training performance with weekly and monthly reports.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in training roles, ideally in the tech or retail sector.
Advanced English proficiency oral and written a must.
Strong command of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, etc..
Willingness to travel occasionally within Argentina.
Flexibility to attend occasional evening trainings or meetings.
Own vehicle required.
Residing in or near CABA Buenos Aires City preferred.
Work Details
Schedule Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Modality 100 onsite
