- Working closely with Practice Leadership to understand business strategy, current performance and use that knowledge to define talent priorities and lead activation plans
- Oversee performance achievement, rewards, employee relations matters and supply demand management for respective groups
- Effectively coach and guide business leaders and employees on people matters
- Partner with Learning & Leadership Development to grow skills and strategic capabilities
- Leverage data driven insights to make recommendations on areas action may be required
- Partner with Practice Leadership to ensure there is a clear view of team engagement and supporting action plans are defined
- Support change management programs as needed
- Supervisory / People Lead responsibility for a member of the Human Resources team
- Lead strategic programs more broadly as we activate the new Innovation Group in Accenture**Skills needed**:- 5+ years in HR, Talent & Organization consulting or a relevant field
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
