- *Responsibilities**
- Coordinate regional and global travel requests, including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, visas, and insurance.
- Support communication and follow-up with passengers, travel agencies and vendors.
- Help monitor travel requests to ensure compliance with the company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Contribute to cost optimization efforts by comparing options and identifying savings opportunities
- Assist with last-minute trips and changes, rebookings, and high-priority travel needs.
- Support expense tracking and basic reconciliation of travel costs.\nskills and a service-oriented mindset.\n
- *Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
