**Reports to**:Group Director, Media**The Role**: Digital Media Planner**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Hands-on media experience in Programmatic, CTV/OLV, Native a must, paid social experience a plus.
- Experience working in Google Marketing Platform and related products
- Experience working in GCM, Trade Desk and/or DV360
- Coordinates the planning and execution of digital advertising programs for specified clients to meet documented media objectives, key performance indicators and budgets.
- Consults with account management, creative, account planning, media and others, when appropriate, to develop strategic solutions to clients’ objectives.
- Monitors daily progress of campaigns to make sure deadlines are met; responds to team counterparts’ problems and questions.
- Works to advise the team’s assistant buyer and/or junior-level staff on projects, when appropriate.
- Sets an example within the agency as a respected problem-solver.
- Forms a relationship of respect and trust with clients.
- Performs analysis of clients’ campaigns and crafts recommendations based on analysis.
- Acquires knowledge of the clients’ businesses and customers to stay ahead of needs.
- Identifies digital opportunities and initiates new strategic projects when necessary.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 3+ years of client-facing digital marketing experience.
- Must display initiative within work and accountability for quality output.
- Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills/strategic thinking skills.
- Must possess strong leadership qualities.
- Is a true marketer at heart; proactively pursuing the advancement of skills by reading newsletters, books, attending seminars, doing research, etc.**Work Location**:
