**About the Role****Developer on-boarding**Working with AppDirect Developer Services team and the ISV to integrate, test and launch new products on the marketplace. Includes supporting the ISV with product SKU/edition, pricing, contract information etc.Configuring any trials that are offered for products, including duration and opt-in opt-out commercial model.**Marketing and Online support**Creation and maintenance of discount voucher codes to be used for GTM campaigns.**Product Management support**Implement changes to products sold via the marketplace where agreed by Commercial and Product Management teams. Includes price changes, contract term changes, discounts and bundles with other products, trial offerings etc.**Legal support**Ensure product Terms and Conditions - and Terms of Service and End User Licensing Agreements - are available on the marketplace, presented in an appropriate position in the customer journey, and that that any 'flow through' requirements for the Company Terms and Conditions are agreed and implemented with the Company Legal team.**Training and knowledge transfer**Act as a Centre of Excellence for all Marketplace launch, GTM and in-life support activities.Ensure that internal documentation, and agent training course for example, are maintained and kept up to date in line with the latest platform capability based on the evolution of the AppDirect weekly release cycle.Educate/support the customer in adopting existing and new platform functionalities to support their use cases.**Marketplace insights**First point of contact to provide a single source of data for the marketplace and app sales and activation. This would ideally be facilitated by the use of the AppDirect Marketplace Insights.**What You'll Need**:- Around 3 years of experience in technical customer facing functions such as system's solution implementations, technical support, technical analyst or functional analyst roles.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience working in launching a marketplace or e-commerce company is a plus.
- Solid technical and business acumen.
- Superior customer service orientation and relationship management with organizational partners, prospects and clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives and executes well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Stellar interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking and good decision making abilities.
