The ideal candidate must already have an active client portfolio and advanced English for international interactions.ResponsibilitiesManage and expand an existing client portfolio, ensuring trust-based relationships and ongoing satisfactionIdentify new business opportunities in IT staffing (staff augmentation), targeting both local and multinational companiesPromote IT professionals — developers, analysts, QA, among others — for temporary or mid-to-long-term projectsSupport the recruitment process: gather client requirements, present profiles, and close commercial proposalsNegotiate contracts and proposals aligned with Argentine legal and cultural standardsAchieve monthly and annual sales targets, reporting results in a structured mannerCollaborate with internal recruitment, HR, and delivery teams to ensure excellent client serviceAttend industry events, fairs, and meetups to expand networking opportunitiesRequisitos:Proven experience as an Account Executive / Sales Executive in IT, outsourcing, or staffingActive client portfolio in the IT marketAdvanced English (spoken and written) for meetings and negotiationsStrong commercial profile: prospecting, consultative negotiation, relationship building, and results orientationProactivity, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environmentsBenefíciosPTO (Paid Time Off) 5 days per year
