The Actuarial Associate typically reports to the Supervisor or Manager of Actuarial.Qualifications Required- Degree in Actuarial Science (completed or near completion)- Up to 5 years of overall experience
- At least 2-3 years of progressive responsibilities in an actuarial role
- Intermediate understanding of actuarial concepts, insurance products, and industry knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Experience with data repository platforms (SAS, SQL, etc.)
- Proficiency in English; ability to present actuarial topics to stakeholdersPreferred Skills and Knowledge- Degree in Actuarial Science (completed or near completion)
- 2-5 years of progressive responsibilities
- Advanced skills in completing standard to moderate tasks and projects
- Ability to address conflicts timely and discuss resolutions with management
