This position is expected to contribute to the purchasing planning construction, its deployment and permanently monitoring of the results in order to guarantee the objectives achievement.Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings.Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers.Deliver briefs, updates and reports when required and present your proposals to top management In order get the appropriate validations.Develop creative and innovative procurement processes.Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement.**General Objective**:
This position will be responsible for managing suppliers, negotiating commercial impacts, technical adjustments, exchange rates and raw material for BOP Parts. Also, will be involved in projects negotiation, supporting the development phases, respecting timing, and providing the necessary documentation.**Main responsibilities**:
To manage relationship with suppliers and to negotiate price reviews with suppliers to mitigate impacts and reach company’ performance targets
To manage and create action plans to minimize impacts
To manage relationship with internal stakeholders
To keep updated actions in the company’ system to follow the performance and visibility.**To identify cost reduction opportunities**: Commercial, Technical or Logistics.
To map and act to minimize supply risks
To create action plan to manage ruptures.

Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Communication skills.
Previous experience in direct purchasing (2+ years) à automotive industry preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks
Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
