With our platform, you can oversee your child's financial journey, assign chores, send allowances, and so much more—all while fostering a healthy relationship with money that lasts a lifetime.Modak has secured an impressive $19 million USD in funding, thanks to the backing of industry giants like Notable Capital, Nazca, Monashees, One VC, Maya Capital, and a league of 30+ visionary angel investors and venture capitalists across the globe.**About this role****What You'll Do**Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product enhancements, from initial concept to final implementation.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design solutions.Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the needs and preferences of teenage users are at the forefront of the design process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience to continuously improve Modak's design standards.Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the organization.**Qualifications**Experience working as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user interface and visual design.Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into meaningful design solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.**Bonus Qualifications**:
Proficient in the use of no-code tools like Webflow.Familiarity with gamification and behavioral psychology principles to drive engagement and motivation among teenage users.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles to facilitate collaboration with engineers.Experience with motion design and animation to enhance user interactions and animations.
