- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of our products.
- Drive experimentation processes, including A/B testing and iterative improvements. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and drive growth through experiments.
- Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable growth initiatives.
- Optimize onboarding experiences and user journeys to improve conversion and retention rates.
- Identify and execute opportunities for organic and viral growth.
- Develop frameworks for measuring and tracking growth metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Own the monetization strategy: leverage data and analytics to develop insights and inform decision-making. Be fluent in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and funnel performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall goals.
- 5+ years of sales, growth, user acquisition/retention, success, and/or implementation management experience in technology or related industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative products.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or mobile apps is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Proficiency in product management methodologies, agile practices, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to develop understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the SaaS industry.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with achieving business goals.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities.
- Scrappy, resourceful, and biased toward action able to move quickly in a lean, high-impact environment.
- Experience in B2B/B2C SaaS, marketplaces, or mobile app growth.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience working in high-growth startups or digital-first businesses.
