Cybersecurity

Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise Red Team activities performed by specialized service providers.
Design and plan offensive campaigns (pentesting, attack simulations, among others).
Validate the scope, methodology, and deliverables of contracted services.
Analyze offensive test results and collaborate in the definition of remediation plans.
Perform security testing on applications, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
Stay up-to-date on attack techniques, offensive tools, and emerging vulnerabilities.
Document technical findings and prepare executive reports for various audiences.
Collaborate with Blue Team, Development, and DevSecOps teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in offensive security, ethical hacking, or application security roles.
Advanced knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and exploitation and evasion techniques.
Proficiency in tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Cobalt Strike, etc.
Nice-to-have Skills
Background in Systems Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
Experience coordinating projects with security service providers.
Desired certifications: OSCP, OSWE, GWAPT, CEH, or similar.
Communication, technical leadership, and project management skills.
