We are hiring a full-time Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of a rapidly growing company in the truck repair and service industry. The business is expanding aggressively while also launching a new parts distribution business. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, financial planning, and operational analysis. The position is heavily focused on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, while also helping ensure clean and scalable accounting systems in QuickBooks Online. The adecuado candidate understands both accounting fundamentals and FP&A; strategy, and can translate financial data into insights that help leadership make decisions during a period of rapid growth. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple locations and departments.
Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis, identifying drivers such as product mix, volume, and pricing.
Maintain and improve cash flow models, ensuring accuracy as financial data clears over time.
Manage multi-location reporting, including same-store sales analysis across locations.
Support financial modeling related to CapEx planning and expansion decisions.
Consolidate and maintain financial data across entities using QuickBooks Online.
Help automate financial reporting and dashboards using tools such as Coupler.io to integrate with platforms like Google Drive, Power BI, Slack, and Asana.
Provide analysis comparing organic growth vs. acquisition-driven growth as the company continues its roll-up strategy.
Assist with management fee allocations across entities as new locations are acquired.
Support accounting operations and ensure reporting aligns with GAAP standards.
Deliver financial insights to leadership to guide decision-making during rapid expansion.Key Qualifications4+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A;, or a hybrid finance role.
