Responsible for overseeing and managing the site's maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes, ensuring timely and effective completion while reducing downtime.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to guarantee the availability and reliability of both fixed and rotating equipment.
- Lead and handle the maintenance team, assigning tasks and resources efficiently.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement effective solutions.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
- Prepare, analyze, and present maintenance reports and performance indicators.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
- Coordinate and supervise work performed by third-party contractors.
- Manage the maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Oversee inventory management of spare parts, materials, and supplies.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering (maintenance-oriented).
- Solid experience in maintenance management, preferably within continuous process industries.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage electricity, including operation and maintenance of generator sets and LV/MV switchboards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
