- Design both qualitative and quantitative studies that address user behaviors and attitudes using the product (UX research) and learning users´s motivations and context that surrounds them (user research)
- Suggest research techniques, justifying your decisions with clear rationales, designing and executing end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods
- Thoroughly understand the user needs to be addressed by the users and the product aligning teams in developing solutions.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Effectively manage research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders
- Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
- Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing
- Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of relevant experience in user research experience, UX research and generating insights.
- English (Advanced).
- Availability to work rotating schedules.
- Experience conducting In-Depth Interviews or Focus Groups and Concept Testing or Usability Testing.
- Thoroughly understand the user needs to be addressed by the product and align teams in developing solutions.
- Interest in and experience executing hands-on, generative research
- Comfort and courage with navigating the unknown through rigorous testing and iteration - we like to say, “You don’t know, but you know how to know”
- Ability to handle complexity - weighing a variety of competing factors to make sound decisions with imperfect and/or incomplete data
- Experience with activating and contributing to teams in dynamic (virtual and live) environments
- Confident in presenting work and articulating user experience issues and concerns to team members and stakeholders
- A genuine interest in building a diverse community of people and practices
- A compassionate mindset of ethical, inclusive human-centered design
